Vice President of
"Suri" Suriyakumar joined the company in 1989 as the Vice President and became the company's President and Chief Operating Officer in 1991. He became CEO in June 2007. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Suriyakumar was with Aitken Spence & Co. LTD, a highly diversified conglomerate and one of the five largest corporations in Sri Lanka. During his 12-year tenure with Aitken Spence, he was involved in one turnaround and three start-up projects, each of which subsequently grew to be among the largest divisions in the corporation. Prior to Aitken Spence, Mr. Suriyakumar was a marine engineer with Brown & Co. LTD.
Mr. Formolo became a director on the board of ARC Document Solutions, Inc. upon the recapitalization of the company by Code Hennessy & Simmons (CHS) in April 2000. Mr. Formolo joined CHS as an Associate in 1990. He was named Vice President in 1993 and became a partner in 1997. Prior to 1990, he was employed by Heller Financial, Inc. in the Leveraged Funding Group. Mr. Formolo holds a B.B.A degree from the University of Wisconsin and an M.M. from Northwestern University.
Mr. Perez de la Mesa is the Chief Executive Officer of SCP Pool Corporation and became a director on the board of ARC Document Solutions, Inc. in June 2002. Prior to joining SCP Pool, Mr. Perez de la Mesa served as Vice President, Distribution Operations for Watsco, Inc., a HVAC/R distribution company.
Eriberto R. Scocimara joined the board of directors of ARC Document Solutions, Inc. in May 2006. Mr. Scocimara has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Hungarian-American Enterprise Fund, a privately managed investment company created by the President and Congress of the United States and funded by the U.S. Government, since 1994. He also has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Scocimara & Company, Inc., a financial consulting firm, since he founded the company in 1984.
Mark W. Mealy joined the board of directors of ARC Document Solutions, Inc. in March 2005. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Mealy was the Managing Director and Group Head of Wachovia Securities' Mergers and Acquisitions business. Prior to his involvement with Wachovia, he was a director of Morton Metalcraft Co. in 1995, and upon conclusion of that company's merger, he became a director of the successor company, Morton Industrial Group, Inc.
Mr. McCluggage was appointed as a director of ARC Document Solutions, Inc. in February 2006, and lead independent director in 2007. Mr. McCluggage has served as the President of Craftsman Films, Inc., which produces motion pictures and television programs, since January 2002. He also serves as a director of Content Media Corporation, a U.K.-based distributor and producer of motion pictures and television programs. Mr. McCluggage has previously served as the Chairman of Allumination Filmworks, a distributor of home videos, Chairman of the Paramount Television Group, and President of Universal Television.
James F. McNulty was appointed as a director of ARC Document Solutions, Inc. in March 2009. Mr. McNulty is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Parsons Corporation, a $3.8 billion international engineering, construction and management services firm based in Pasadena, California. Mr. McNulty held a variety of key engineering and executive roles at Parsons from 1988 forward, driving growth through acquisition, production extension, and geographic expansion. Prior to his experience at Parsons, Mr. McNulty served for 24 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Colonel.
John Freeland joined the board of directors of ARC Document Solutions, Inc. in May 2016. Mr. Freeland has served most recently as President and CEO of Information Resources, Inc. (IRI), a leading global provider of information, insights and decision solutions. Previously he was President Worldwide Operations for salesforce.com, and a Managing partner at Accenture, leading its Customer Relationship Management practice. Mr. Freeland earned his B.A. in economics and his MBA from Columbia University.
